Chalet Perfect – Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. General & Redemption

Eligibility: Chalet Perfect Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) can only be redeemed online at chaletperfect.com.

Usage: Gift Cards may be applied toward the purchase of eligible products and customisation fees on the site.

Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: Gift Cards cannot be returned, reloaded, resold, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

2. Single-Use & No Partial Redemption

Single Transaction Only: Gift Cards must be redeemed in full in a single transaction. Partial redemptions are not permitted.

Forfeiture of Unused Balance: If the total purchase value (including products, customisation fees, and shipping) is less than the total face value of the Gift Card, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be saved, refunded, or credited for future purchases.

Additional Payment: If the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the customer must pay the remaining balance using another accepted online payment method (e.g., credit card) at checkout.

3. Customised & Personalised Products

Proofing & Spelling Accuracy: Customers using a Gift Card to order custom products (e.g., items embroidered, printed, or engraved with a specific chalet name) are responsible for ensuring all spellings, capitalization, and details are correct at the time of order placement.

Non-Refundable Custom Orders: Once a customized or personalized order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or returned unless the item arrives defective or there is a production error made by Chalet Perfect.

Lead Times: Customised orders require additional processing time prior to dispatch. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout.

4. Expiration & Fees

Validity: Gift Cards are valid for 3 years (36 months) from the date of issuance, unless otherwise required by local consumer law.

No Inactivity Fees: No maintenance or hidden fees will be charged against the Gift Card.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

Chalet Perfect is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards. Please treat digital gift card codes like cash. Replacement digital codes will only be issued upon presentation of valid proof of original purchase.
