We offer a personalisation of Chalet Perfect designs to include chalet name and/or location.

Personalisation Process

Some popular Chalet Perfect designs can be purchased on the site and automatically dispatched within 1-2 days of payment being received.  

For the other products simply click the 'share' button and send the product page to info@chaletperfect.com via email along with your customisation details 'Chalet Name' and / or 'Chalet Location'.

We'll set your chalet up in our system as a member.

Once your customisation request is received, we'll begin crafting your unique item and when complete we'll contact you via email for sign-off. 

Once you have authorised our customised design, we'll send you a link for payment.

Once payment is received the product will be produced and dispatched to your doorstep.

Forward the artwork product page by clicking 'Share' to info@chaletperfect.com with your Chalet Name and/or Location (customisation request details).
