Membership

Members receive complimentary personalisation of our iconic designs ensuring that member chalets exude a unique touch of bespoke luxury.

Design Experience: Members can then collaborate with our designers to create one-of-a-kind designs to reflect existing taste, chalet colour palettes and brand.

Social Media Promotion of Member Chalets:  We provide promotion of member chalets across social media platforms.

Bulk order quotations
Seamlessly handle reordering Jump the queue with replacing breakages and ordering guest gifts.

How it works

Create a Chalet Perfect Account:  Join and create your account.

Select a Product: Choose the specific product(s) you like and add to your wish list so that you can find them again and our designers can see the styles and products you like. 

Purchase Product: Pay for the product you wish to design.

Design Development: The design process kicks off, and the development team works on creating the product based on your specifications.

Authorise the Design: You get to review the design and give your approval before moving forward.

Sign Off: Once everything looks good, sign-off on the final design.

Product Creation: The product is created mostly within 48 hours of sign-off.

Non-customised: If you are purchasing a non-customised product the order will be processed immediately upon payment.

Shipping: By partnering with multiple carriers, we can offer a range of delivery options that cater to different needs and preferences. This approach helps provide fast and tracked delivery services, ensuring products reach you in a timely manner
