Please note that our delivery estimates also include production, fulfillment, and shipping time. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, order size, production capacity, and selected shipping method.

Standard delivery

Standard shipping rates are calculated based on the product and delivery region. The final delivery cost will be shown at checkout.

Express delivery

Express shipping may be available for selected products and destinations. Pricing and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout where available.
Large or multiple-item orders

For artwork orders containing multiple items, shipping is calculated based on the first product plus an additional-item rate where applicable. If products are made in different production locations, they may be shipped separately, and shipping costs may be calculated per shipment.

World wide delivery

We ship to many countries through a global production and logistics network. Customs fees or import charges may apply for international shipments outside of Australia, New Zealand, UK, EU, US and Canada, depending on local regulations.

If you receive defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products, or lack of quality of the delivered product not caused by lack of quality of the content you provided. Should you want to submit a new order, we will cover the costs of the new order.
